Rugged Logic co-host Free Workshop with M Institute.

Rugged Logic together with M Institute, the trusted information source and support infrastructure for medium size businesses, is hosting a workshop event looking at:

  “What are Key Indicators during an Economic Downturn?”

In the current economic climate your business will be closely monitoring forecast revenue and company profitability.

Medium Businesses will need to be particularly focused, with the “cash is king” mantra likely to be re-established after a period of economic certainty, how will your company cope with the changing business environment?

Companies will need to revise their business plans and ensure accurate and flexible planning through the use of the best tools available where technology needs to be the enabler. Yet IT budgets are often hit in a cost constrained corporate environment.

However the analysts are predicting that medium companies are looking for more effective use of funds rather than cutting budgets, could this be the time IT breaks the mould?

The focus of the workshops will be on:

Forecasting and the management of costs and cash in a constrained business environment and the key imperatives for IT in an M business in 2008 – helping to create a 90 day action plan to drive growth and constrain costs

 To be held at Microsoft offices, 100 Victoria Road, London, SW1E 5JL on Tuesday 17 th June 2008 commencing at 9:30am to 12:00pm
