Rugged Logic opens Asia Pacific Office in Sydney, Australia.

Australia’s rapidly growing number of Rugged Logic users can now receive extensive localised support, training and customised product now that Rugged Logic is open for business in Australia,

The Sydney operation will be headed by Mark Ostryn, who has many years experience in venture capital and the provision of financial advisory services to major organisations.

Mark Ostryn, believes that that time is right for Rugged Logic to be opening a major Asia Pacific hub in Sydney. “There is a significant gap in the market for the features that Rugged Logic provides. Up until now the main alternatives have been home made Excel spreadsheets, complex and expensive CPM systems or inflexible proprietary “black box” software.”

Rugged Logic has developed models compatible with prevailing Australian accounting standards. “The flexibility of our computer generated Spreadsheet Builder technology is that modifications can be easily developed to ensure international compliance in a range of countries whose accounting standards may (even under IFRS) differ from ours.”
